If you need to make a return, please contact us at completedecal@completedecal.com to let us know what the problem might be and we will coordinate the return with you.

 

Refunds will be issued on products that are not as described or damaged during shipping.

Decals that have been removed from the backing will not be accepted. We are not responsible for the incorrect application of any decals, we will not accept any decal for a return where the installation was attempted and done incorrectly.

Returns on unused products will be accepted up to 14 days after the date of purchase. Returns are not accepted for customized decals unless an error on our part has occurred.

Returns of unused product that is no longer wanted within 14 days of purchase will be paid for by the buyer.

Returns of incorrect or damaged orders will be paid for by CompleteDecal.com
